The company made the decision as&nbsp;identity-based&nbsp;attacks continue to rise in manufacturing and attackers often target AD to gain control of production systems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recent&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quest.com\/news\/press-releases\/manufacturing-enterprises-face-escalating-cyber-threats-quest-survey-reveals-two-thirds-of-enterprises-expect-cyberattacks-within-12-months\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">research by Quest<\/a>&nbsp;shows that 66&nbsp;percent&nbsp;of manufacturing enterprises believe they will face a cyber-attack within the next 12 months.
